Starter provides the Nowlert EE licence and commercial updates. Pro adds planned AI-assisted capabilities. Custom adds tailored support, integrations and rollout assistance.

Everything in Starter, plus planned AI-assisted operational capabilities and a defined monthly AI allowance to be confirmed before launch.

AI-assisted operational clarity — in development
Nowlert Pro is being designed to help teams turn high-volume infrastructure events into concise, prioritised and context-rich alerts. Planned capabilities include event summarisation, severity suggestions, noise reduction, related-event grouping and routing recommendations. AI output will support human decisions; it will not perform autonomous remediation at launch.

Current use + roadmap
AWS infrastructure and AI roadmap
Theriark currently runs its online development infrastructure on AWS, including Dokploy-hosted workloads, Route 53 and Amazon SNS. AWS resources are connected by VPN to selected local development and testing environments.
The next infrastructure phase is intended to add compute capacity for Enterprise Edition development, integration testing and product workloads that are currently constrained by limited local hardware.
For the Pro AI roadmap, Theriark plans to evaluate Amazon Bedrock models for event summarisation, classification and context enrichment, with cost controls, sensitive-field redaction and human oversight built into the product design.
